• Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Please note: Day 2 may run longer depending on class size and range logistics.

• Required Range Fee: $75

What You Will Learn

The Creative Concealed Carry / GUNCAMP Basic Firearms Training Course is designed to build confidence, competence, and responsibility in both new and experienced firearm owners.

You will gain a strong foundation in firearms safety while learning how to legally, responsibly, and effectively carry a concealed firearm in the State of Illinois.

This course includes instruction on:

• Firearms safety & range safety

• Illinois concealed carry laws & self-defense statutes

• Real-world defensive shooting concepts

• Drawing from the holster

• Proper stance, grip, sight alignment & trigger control

• Loading, reloading & clearing malfunctions

• Police interactions

• Home defense considerations

Defensive Skills Training Includes:

• Physical & verbal de-escalation

• Physical self-defense principles

• Use of less-lethal weapons

• Understanding when and if deadly force is legally justified

📜 Certification

Upon successful completion, students will receive a State-approved Illinois Concealed Carry Certificate, valid for submitting your CCL application.
