The Exhale is a judgment-free introduction to firearms, built for women who've never held a gun — or haven't in a long time — and want real answers instead of intimidation.

This is a classroom-only session. No range, no pressure to shoot, no experience required. Just clear, calm instruction covering firearm safety fundamentals, basic terminology, and what to actually expect the first time you handle a gun. You'll leave with the confidence and vocabulary to take your next step, whenever you're ready for it.
